SUM same system_id UTM does not connect

Hi,

i am troubleshooting a problem with our SUM Gateway and 2 of our 5 UTMs.

These 2 UTMs won´t connect together to the SUM because they have the same system_id. I tried to change or reset the id with

cc reset_system_id

but they got no new id. They have always the same id. Reboot, nothing helps. So, only 1 UTM could connect simultaneously.

What can i do? Only a reset of one UTM? What is with backup? Does it restore the system_id as well? Or is there a way to change the system_id?
