SUM : generating IP definitions for uniform network arrangements across sites

We have several remote sites, same arrangement, hardware, IP addresses, different C Class subnet. All SG115s are x.x.x.254, all main HV servers are x.x.x.1, all backup servers are x.x.x.2 the list goes on with thin clients, printers, MFCs and appliances.

We need to set rules for all x.x.x.10 to have access to specific outside IPs and ports.

Is there a way to generate a network definition that means *.*.*.1 where *.*.* equals the first three figures of the respective internal subnet?

If not, can anyone suggest a workaround?
