Blacklisted ASG

Hi

I've accidently deleted a UTM110 from SUM4. [:O] Now I can't reconnect the UTM because it's in a SUM Blacklist. [:@]

My Question now is how can I remove the UTM from the SUM's Blacklist. Or are there other ways to connect a blacklisted Device to the SUM.

    Hello chwieland,
    If you have blacklisted a device in SUM4 you can remove the blacklisted state in the gateway manager on the Management->Registration page. On that page you should see two buttons 'allow' and 'deny'. If you press the deny button you should see all devices which are blacklisted whereas when the allow button is activated (which is the default state) all devices which aren't blacklisted are shown. After you have pressed the 'deny' button you should see your blacklisted device. To remove the device from the blacklist you can press the allow button of the device or select it and use the 'allow' action from the actions dropdown list.
