Importing config/definitions from ACC2 > UTM4

Hey there,

My colleague put up a new UTM4 machine virtually as he couldn't find a direct upgrade from ACC2. We have a hell of a lot of sites managed by ASGs most of which are centrally managed by the Command center.

There's way too many definitions to setup again individually, and I can't seem to import anything from any of the gateways that I add.

I've currently three sites reporting to the new UTM4 without any problems, but if I try to import anything from them I get the following: 

Either there are no gateways connected, no objects available for the import or you don't have sufficient rights

I'm logged in as admin, and have full administration privileges. 

Any ideas?

    Hello Sykk,
    the reason why you can't use the import feature in UTM4 can be that your devices do not support it. Only UTM9 devices are supporting the feature. Maybe the message you posted here should be expanded to tell that.
