ACC V4 beta - when and how?

Hi,
with the rumored v4 beta fast approaching, how will ACC users be notified of the release?

Will there be new licences issued?

My ACC is turned off at the moment because of the issues with UTM V9b and ACC v3.002.

Hopefully the issue will be resolved by then and you can switch back to your normal license. [:)]
