Will ACC run on Mac Mini?

I have a Mac Mini laying around, a 2.26 C2D with 4GB of RAM on it. Want to install ACC on it. Want to make sure this will work, can someone confirm?

I am not sure if it needs 2 NICs like ASG 8.3, if it doesn't I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I see it dies require 2 based on install instructions. So it looks like it won't work?

Maybe it would run in VMWare on the mac mini?

What about using the USB to Ethernet Adapter?
