ACC Packet Filter No Deploy tab

ACC 2.2 when I create a packet filter rule I do not see a deploy tab. For definitions and Web exceptions deploy is obvious, but I don't see it for packet filter rules. I'm sure this a noobie blindness issue, but somebody lend me a cane.

    I'm not currently using 2.2 -- but on 3.002, go to the Firewall Ruleset tab, and build a ruleset using the rules you defined... from there you can deploy the ruleset.
