Is there a manual or something that lets us know how v3 is supposed to be setup?

    Not really. I was looking for the same but couldn't find any interesting. So my workaround was the usage of the ACC help pages.
    Webadmin access https:/acc:4444
    Gateway manager https:/acc:4422
