Problem logging on the devices ASG

I wonder if anyone knows why my ACC is logging in with an IP Address (Public) ASG different from my device, so can not login directly from the ACC, just taking the actual IP address and setting directly in the browser.
Already reinstalled 2 times and my ACC is still the same.
I did some tests on VM, but lose the problem.
Has anyone had this problem and know how to solve?

    Hello moises.alexandre,
    you can configure what acc uses for the asg login-in process on the registration page in the edit dialogue. If Public IP Address (which is the default) is not working you can change the sso mode and try agent ip, hostname or define a manual url. Hope that helps you.
