Question What happens to rules if ACC dies

Hi I'm new to ACC.
If you make Service definifions etc, these turn up as non editable objects in the Astaro Boxes they are applied to.
What happens if the ACC dies, is there a point that these objects become "real" objects?
What happens if the ACC dies and you rebuild the ACC, but because the hardware is different to the original you can't install the backup because the ACC backup is hardware dependant (nic's)?
Can you import your original settings?

    If you make Service definifions etc, these turn up as non editable objects in the Astaro Boxes they are applied to.
    What happens if the ACC dies, is there a point that these objects become "real" objects?


    Dying of the ACC does not affect the deployed objects. Also the state of the ACC status on the Central Management page stays active. If you turn off the ACC status then at the bottom of the page a button named Cleanup objects becomes enabled.

    Clicking this button causes that the deployed objects are either deleted if they are not in use or are converted into "real" ASG-own objects if they are in use.

    This is not recommended and not supported. There will be also problems with certificates that are generated during the regular setup.
