ACC again blocking its own traffic on port 4433

Our ACC has again lost contact with every associated ASG.
Each ASG's Management/Central Management page contains the identical error message in its "ACC Health" window:
[1] ACC SSL-connect:
'IO::Socket::INET
configuration
failederror:00000000:lib(0):fun
c(0):reason(0)'.

ACC packet filter log confirms outgoing port 4433 is being blocked.
ACC at 100% CPU utilization; stayed at 100% after successful reboot.
ASG firmware 8.003; pattern 20677.
ACC firmware 2.201; pattern 20663.
No DNS Hosts bound to an interface.

ANOTHER SIMILAR BUG that affects traffic in the opposite direction this time? (For bug discovered earlier and a workaround, see http://www.astaro.org/other-astaro-products/astaro-command-center-acc/33918-acc-drops-port-4433-traffic-our-asgs.html)
Suggested workaround(s) that do not compromise security?
Thanks.
