ASGV8 offline after a created VPN

I using ASTARO Security Gateway V8.002 and AStaro Command Center  2.201
In another network officce i'm using ASTARO 7.507.
Both ASTARO v8 join to the Command Center successfully but after created a  VPN Tunnel the ASG v8 goes offline in ACC.
In the  ACC Health  Show

I have eliminated the  VPN Tunnel and removed  the Astaro device V8 from ACC and added again it for fine but after created the VPN Tunnel it fo offline on ACC.
Please Help

    The other problem that was mentioned is most certainly not your problem.

    When and how did you install the 8.002. There was a problem similar to yours
    in early V8 versions, but this problem should have been fixed in 8.002 the
    latest.  If you have regularly installed your 8.002 and if you can still
    reproduce the problem, please contact me directly.

    Do you have any machines which run the current V8 Beta software? If so, can
    you reproduce the issue there?

    in early V8 versions, but this problem should have been fixed in 8.002 the
    latest.  If you have regularly installed your 8.002 and if you can still
    reproduce the problem, please contact me directly.

    Do you have any machines which run the current V8 Beta software? If so, can
    you reproduce the issue there?

    All my ASTARO version are 8.003, but the problem  continues afther create the VPN bettwen two devices,  both are on visible networks, by the moment i haved created the VPN tunnel manually.

    I can deploy networks, packet filter rules, etc.. to all ASTARO devices.
    the other litle problem is when i clic over a device on the dashboard to webadmin it say: connection lost ,  and the devices go offline by a few seconds afther this time it come online again.
    I  taked a look to the post 159083 but thats not my problem as you say.
