Config Problems

Hello,

we got 4 ASG 7.5. I´m just trying to get one to communicate to the ACC.

The ACC is "outside" of the ASG Networks.

So I did what is writen in the manual of the ACC. But the livelog of the ASG just says:

2010:07:10-15:30:39 fw3 device-agent[23614]: ACC connection failure, retrying (ip=***.***.***.81, port=4433). SSL-connect: 'IO::Socket::INET configuration failederror:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)' 

Would got be the reeason?

The ACC is behind a FritzBox 7270 an the ACC IP is configured as a "exposed host". So there should be no problem with port forwarding.

    Hi,

    thanks for using ACC.

    Could you please check whether you the Allowed Networks settings for connecting devices are properly setup (ACC WebAdmin : Management >> Gateway Manager >> Device Security >> Allowed Networks).

    If that looks alright, could you please check the Packet-filter log via the ACC WebAdmin? (Note that although you cannot directly configure the Packet-filter on ACC, there are a number of concentric and automatic rules in place to protect the ACC).

    Lastly, please make sure there are no intermediary firewalls or routers which might block or rewrite the traffic from your ASG to the ACC.
