ACC report graphs, only display if using ip address not FQDN

Hi;

I just got the upgrade to v2.1 and I like the new features, especially the reporting graphs. BUT I noticed that they were only showing for machines that were being accessed via their host ip address and not the FQDN using DNS Host.

As soon as I cloned the offending machines, and used the host ip address instead, up came all the graphs..??

Could not reproduce it here. All devices are accessed by FQDN on our ACC and it works fine. Have you tried to look up the DNS names in the WebAdmin? (Support => Tools)

You may have to add a DNS forwarder.

Could you please clarify what you expect to see where (e.g. Reporting >> Hardware) and what's the relation to actually accessing the devices in question?
