error accessing acc

Hi,
I just installed an acc 2.0 virtual appliance,
configured the gateway manager settings through the webadmin.
Configured on ASG 7.4 to be central managed.
The ASG comunicate correctly to the acc.
When I try to access to the Gateway manager on port 4433 I get the following error:
Content-Length: 103 Content-Type: application/json {"id":null,"method":"ehlo","params":[{"auth":"psk","fqhn":"acc20.labo.nxo","ping":30,"port":"device"}]}.
Any idea what's the problem?

    Hi,

    we use port 4433 for communication of the devices with the ACC. 

    You probably want to use port 4422 instead which is the default port for the Gateway Manager GUI running on the ACC.

    Here is a short overview of default ports:


    •  4422 Gateway Manager GUI
    • 4444 WebAdmin GUI
    • 4433 AxG  ACC SSL secured communication (not changeable)

    I guess the trouble is that port 4433 is rather near to 443 and many customers might be used to change the default WebAdmin port of their AxG devices to 4433 as well.
