[1.900] Can´t see ASL with ACC [CHECKING]

Hello,

today we tried the ACC as Virtual Appliance in our internal network. We tried to monitor our Astaro with it. It is not a ASG it´s a ASL 7.302.

We could successful connect to the ACC (we see it on the ASL) but we can´t see the ASL in the ACC -we don´t know why!? [:S]

The Live-Log on the ASL didn´t report an error while connecting:

Did we miss something in the configuration of the ACC?

    One of the items included in 7.303 is an improved device agent for ACC version 1.9.  Please update to 7.303 when it is convenient and retry connecting the ASL and ACC systems.

    Hello,

    how did you configure access control for users of the Gateway Manager? For instance, did you maybe put the SuperAdmins into "Allowed Users"? Or maybe you put them into both boxes, "Allowed Users" and "Allowed Admins"?

    You can quickly verify that it is a permission problem by checking the Dashboard within the WebAdmin. It will show you how many devices are connected to the ACC overall, but provide you with no details. So please ensure to put in your SuperAdmins into the "Allowed Admins" only within Management >> Gateway Manager >> Access Control.

    BTW: ACC Up2Date 1.901 will solve the issue with users contained in both access control boxes.
