[1.900] License info not updating [CHECKING]

I just uploaded a new license file to one of our ASG units.

The ACC is not showing that the maintenance period has been extended in the license reporting for this device. (Still shows prior value).

When will/should this information get updated on the ACC?

Hi Simon,

depends on the version number of the ASG ... I think this is fixed in 7.302. There was a race condition prior to that. License exchange should ultimately trigger a resynchronization of the device-agent.

Other license aspects will be update every 10 minutes or so ... e.g. adjusting the expiration time for subscriptions.

It eventually updated. I'm not exactly sure when, suspect it was during the next maintenance period. Do you still want access?
