Add up2date file manually to ACC

Greetings,

Is it possible to add up2date manually to an ACC server?

(The question comes from my customer restriction as ACC is not connected to the internet in their WAN)

    Hello,

    the new ACC V1.9 offers the same Up2Date mechanisms as ASG V7.3, so you can upload Firmware Up2Date packages via the WebAdmin GUI.

    Regarding ACC V1.4, the last Up2Date was 1.401 which has been released August 2007. This product version is deprecated and no longer supported. There is no manual upload mechanism. Should you need to update from 1.400 to 1.401 or even from an earlier version, we can offer the following workaround:


    • Backup your installation
    • Reinstall with the latest 1.401 ISO
    • Restore your Backup
