[1.401] devices not appearing in Dashboard on legacy ACC

Hi,

we've been using ACC for months now, without any problems. We recently upgraded to ACC 1.401, which went totally wrong (memory leaks, communication errors etc) and went back to 1.400.
Importing the backup file, left us with a few devices being 'confirmed', but unable to see them in the Dashboard.

Deleting them, rejecting them, blacklisting them doesn't help. They re-appear, I edit their descriptions and do the security stuff to allow the appropriate ACC users to view and use the devices, but still they don't appear, even when they are in the list on the Registration tab.

Anyone any idea how to get them out and back in to the Dashboard, like it should?

    Hi,

    basically the backup does not cover previous monitoring data, only registration and basic device information. Hence, after importing a backup you won't see anything in the dashboard until all your devices reconnect and supply new data.

    Question: Are your devices shown as "offline" or "idle/busy" in the registration dialog?

    Also, could please post a logfile excerpt here (/var/log/agent-manager.log)?
