ASG connecting fails

Yesterday I installed VmWare ACC 1.401. I made the configuration as described in the manual, but wether the inside ASG 7.104 nor the extern ASG 6.312 connects to the ACC. 

If I want to define on the ASG 6.312 (Remote Management - ACC - ACC Server) my home extern address, the screen turn after two minutes to white. I don´t receive the fingerprint information for the connection to the ACC.

On the ASG 7.104 at Management - Central Management - the ACC Status is enabled, the ACC Server settings is pointed to acc.home.intern (192.168.1.246), but I wether receive a fingerprint file nor a connected system at the ACC.

The ACC NIC is in the intern Network with the IP-Address reported above, the ASG 7.104 has on the Intern Address 192.168.1.1.

    Since yesterday evening I tried to connect these two ASG´s to the ACC - no way. [:(]

    An half hour after creating this post, the connection was made, without any changes since noon.  [:S]

    [8-)] any ghost´s inside ?? [:O]

    Hi,

    thanks for your feedback. The ASG V7.104 will not display the fingerprint of the ACC anymore, we changed this with the initial release of ASG V7. It sounds like there was something awry with your Vmware installation, maybe the internal network/bridging setup?

    Other than that, you could check the packet-filter logfiles on the respective ASGs or the agent-manager logfile on the ACC.

    Sorry for my misleading second post. Between my first an second post, the ACC-connection on both ASG began to work, first the 6.312 with the fingerprint file and a minute later on the 7.104. 

    I have done no changes on the machines, only restarted the ACC for the fifth time, just to look if my first post was written with the correct syntax. Then it began to work.

    No idea, why. Doesn´t matter, the main thing is, they do. [:)] [:D]
