Acc 1.301 & Asl 7.001

I'm trying to get ASL connected to ACC, but it won't connect.

It appears that it wants to connect to ACC via port 4433, but the default port of ACC is 443. I don't want to change the port to 4433 in ACC, since I'm afraid that it may break ACC's connection to the v6 Astaro's I have managed by it and it doesn't appear that you can change the ACC port in 6.303, either.

Anyone figure out how to get both v6 and v7 working under ACC? Am I missing something obvious?

    Hi drees, 

    the ACC uses two ports.
    TCP/443, where the WebAdmin GUI for ACC is located 
    TCP/4433, where the ASG device agents connect to ACC to deliver their status information, you can not change this port.

    ASG V6 and V7 should both work the same way on ACC.

    We will issue an up2date for ACC in the next weeks, which improves the ACC to better handle new V7 features.

    Hi Gert, thanks for the reply. It turns out the connection problem was a firewall rule.

    But now with the firewall rules squared away, it connects to ACC but seems to get stuck and nothing happens.

    Here's a sample log snippet:

    I'm not sure what happened, but after I manually synced up the time on the ACC device (it had drifted behind about 12 hours) it appears to have registered OK.

    this is quite weird. Do you still have the agent-manager logfiles from the ACC when the connection of the V7 device failed?

    Yes, please do so. 
    There is a 6+ minutes stall in the connection attempt before it fails. 
    Did you do anything else on the ACC after syncing the clock manually? Any restarts or reboots?

    Is there any potentially sensitive information in the log file besides the private IP addresses before I post the agent-manager log?

    We did not do anything to the ACC after syncing the clock manually. The acc machine has been running for 98 days.
