How to add a device?

Sorry, either I am too tired this morning or something is going wrong.

I don't seem to be able to add a device to ACC. How do I do that?

    To add a device (device=ASG) to ACC login to Webadmin of your device. Goto Remote Management >> ACC. Select the definition which resolves to the IP address of the ACC. Now the ASG requests the certificate of the ACC automatically. This is to verify the authenticity of the ACC. Then click the button "Start". After a few seconds the device will appear in ACC.

    ASG establishes the connection to ACC. Not the other way around. This is important. Make sure the ASG is allowed to send packets on port 4433 to ACC.
