i have one deny profile to block users to access the internet except mail, but the deny policy getting access to internet using Default profile. attached image below for the details, is there any way to remove base profile for deny policy. any help would be appreciated.

Could you please provide the screenshot of the policy and http.log that shows internet access is allowed by the default profile for the user?

The "Base Policy" applies to all Profiles. You can change this Policy to use the "Default content filter block action" instead of the "Default content filter action" and that will do what you're asking. Again, this will apply to all of your Profiles.
