This is for a few of our production servers.
Sophos services are blocking RDP access to the servers. When we did a thorough analysis, it was found that Sophos was not allowing access via RDP to these servers. These are production servers and affecting the operations. During the discussion with the customer, they pointed out that even their infrastructure has faced the same issue with Sophos AV running.
Question is, Is Sophos aware of this and do we have a workaround. This is now impacting our business.
