RED 15 and Huawei E160 UMTS Stick

Hello

i try to use an Huawei E160 Stick as Backup for one of our RED15.

The SIM Card has no pin set and is from the provider O2

The RED gets its configuration and connects over WAN Port.

When i unplug the WAN i get the following error on the RED Serial Port:

option1 ttyUSB0: option_instat_callback: error -2

To me it looks like your APN definition is wrong or incomplete. For Vodafone connections the APN definition is web.vodafone.de, but I don't know what O2 wants to have. Check that out.

The APN is related to the price model, maybe this helps:

o2 Blue APN internet

o2 Prepaid APN pinternet.interkom.de

o2 go mobil APN surfo2
