RED loses Contact

a deployed RED15 loses its contact to the firewall after about three hours of use. 
In the firewall it is then displayed as "down". A control shows that the tunnel LED of the RED is still lit.
After a reboot the RED rebuilds the connection and then loses the contact again after 2-3 hours.
We then exchanged the RED with exactly the same result. The RED's is connected to the Internet via a
fixed public IP address via a 20Mbit line.
If the contact is lost he comes back to the reboot of the RED's no longer by itself.
Someone knows this behavior or has an explanation for it.

    thank you first for your reaction. Before I open a ticket I want to exclude my own mistakes. Therefore, first wanted to clarify whether this error has already happened to someone else. Especially, because it happened with two RED's I do not close a configuration error.
