Web Filter traffic to RED

How can I deny the access from the internal network to the network behind the red device.

Firewall rules are not working because the webfilter let the traffic pass.

In the Webfilter setting only traffic source and no destination can be configured. :-(

    Is Web Filtering in Transparent mode?  What version of UTM firmware?
