Avaya IP96xx via Sophos RED

Hi Guys,

having pretty much the same issue as this guy:

Phone sits on "Discover IPOffice IP address"

I have configured the H323 and SIP sections as I thought it may have something to do with that

I have also bounced the UTM as I have read it can be funny with this, all ports are allowed both ways?

Turned off webfiltering and all other filtering/ protection, but nothing seems to be working

from what I have read it could have something to do with ALG needing to be turned off.
