Adding RED15W to SG310 keeps failing with up-to-date FW

I try to add a RED15W to my UTM SG310 v9.4 but keep receiving the error:     
Client type does not match to RED ID. Please check the type of your RED device.

I try it trough provisioning and USB but it won't add my new red to the UTM.
The pull-down menu lets me choose RED10, RED15, RED50 and UTM.

It looks like the v9.4 firmware does not recognize the RED15W yet or my RED ID# does not match the available RED types.

What else could be wrong?

    Hi bob,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have send them an email but haven't heard from them since, so i tried the forum because i want to "play" with the red device :)

    This is my first RED device and it seems a great product to install at all our offices worldwide :)
