Yes, that should work, Steve. "Full Transparent" refers to the Web Filtering proxy when Internal and External interfaces are bridged. The bridged interface should have a default gateway so that whether the RED interface is also bridged to it or has a separate subnet, traffic from behind the RED should find its way to the Internet (assuming a proper Profile in Web Filtering, a masq rule and necessary firewall rule).
