RED15 setup Standard / Split and need to NAT a device off the remote IP.. can it be done?

I've got a camera system in a remote location and require to monitor it using the remote location IP rather than the traffic traveling back through the RED to the UTM.  It still needs to be a UTM managed ip address so therefor the standard mode.  Are we able to apply remote NAT rules like this?

Clues on howto?
