I was wondering if anyone else had this issue:
i moved a RED from one remote office, where it was working normally, to another.
Pluged it in, waiting for it to connect, 20 minutes later I see that the usuall leds are not lit up. I check it and see only the LAN1 led , lit, all the others apart from the "power" one are off.
removed power after some time, the RED comes up, then the LAN1 lits up..and nothing else happens.
tried this many times, with the same result. and btw there is no activity registered in my UTM, it fails to make any contact with the RED10. anyone have any ideas or faced the same problem??
