Hi, I am new to this so bare with me.
I have just set up a UTM SG230 with two RED10 at my remote branches. They are set up in the Standard/Unified mode and on the whole, it is working fine. I am have an issue with Outlook 2013 client going over the Reds. They intermittently stop working and can't connect the in-house Exchange server sitting behind the SG230. The other issue is that when they do connect, they may connect for a couple of minute than drop out, this will happen continually all day.
I did not have this issue before cutting over to the SG230 and the RED 10.
I was hoping this is a known issue and I can get some help as I have had this logged with the Premium support for over a month with no resolution in site.
