I asked my reseller if this was possible before purchasing and he said it was but I can't see how.
OK so I have two sites connected to each via a dark fibre link and two UTMs, one at each site which connect to two internet connections.
I would like an encrypted connection from our office network over the Dark Fibre link to an isolated network connected to our data centre UTM, hence the Red50. There would be a switch which would have a few developers on it's own VLAN, that would connect to the RED50 via LAN port, the WAN port of the RED50 would then connect to the core switch which I am hoping to route traffic along the dark fibre link to the UTM at the data centre. I can route traffic normally without the RED50 but obviously it is not encrypted.
Our internet connection at our Data centre is chargeable whereas our Dark fibre link is not so I need the setup to not go through the internet.
Is this possible and if so, how?
