RED Keep On restarting

Hello. 

I have a problem on my Sophos RED device. I already configure the RED for VPN connection connected to my HQ office. In my HQ office I'm using Sophos UTM 9.

The problem is, my Sophos RED at my branch office is keep on restarting. Why? 

Any explanation for this? Is this because of the instability of Internet line at my branch office? Or is it because of the equipment failure. Please advise. Thanks.
