Reset Red50 / Connect to other UTM [Solved]

Hi,

I purchased a used Red50 on eBay. The configuration in the UTM worked fine, as the seller hav provided the Code. Now I wanted to connect the RED50 via internet, but it does not connect. On the display it shows the old UTM address and does not go on. I also waited some 10 minutes but it always shuts down and restarts.

Any clue how to reset the RED50 or conntect to the new UTM?

If the RED is currently configured to use a static IP-address (and default gateway) it will not be possible for the RED to reach out to the internet if you happen to have another IP-range/gateway.

You might get these parameters from the previous owner or perhaps what Scott has written will also help you. (In my RED devices I don't see the download button Scott has mentioned though...)
