Recovery RED10 Problems

When trying to recover a RED10 V3 Device, I always get the message:
TFTP timed out 1/15
Can't load 'red-v2.bin' : Operation timed out

I'm running them program as 'Administrator' and in the first step the program gives the message: 'TELNET Connecting to RED .... ok'

Does somebody know a solution?

    Are you trying to reflash the RED 10 firmware?  Which program did you download for this?  Is your PC connected directly to the RED LAN port with an Ethernet cable?
