Hello there!
Since friday, I register some abnormality concerning one (!) of our RED 10 that is supposed to connect to our ASG 220 (Firmware 9.308-16).
Everything looks just normal - the RED's lights as well as the ASG 220's dashboard and RED-logs keep telling me that the device is connected to our company's LAN.
Unfortunately, if we put a client on one of the RED's LAN-ports it does not have internet access nor access to the company's network.
I then noticed that in the ASG under "Network Protection" the RED-location's IP address is on #1 of the "dropped packets" - charts.
How can this issue be caused? We never had problems like this and no configuration change was made since the beginning, concerning the RED.
(We deployed it via deployment helper in standard/split mode and added a FW-rule, telling that this RED is allowed to to anything / use any service into our LAN).
Just since friday (since I updated the ASG-FirmWare) we face this problem with just this one RED.
Does anybody know what to do in this case?
Thank you in advance!
BR
Sebastian
