Initial setup RED10

Hello, I know there's a lot of threads about it, I read a lot of these threads, Support webpage... I think I am missing something.

I have this scenario, very simple: 

- Network A: 192.168.1.0/24 on Spain (For example). Static Public IP address: 88.11.22.33 (For example).
- Network B: 192.168.2.0/24 on Germany (For example). Static Public IP address: 88.77.66.55 (For example).

UTM is configured on Network A, Spain. To configure RED10 I followed these steps:
Sophos RED (Remote Ethernet Device) Technical Training Guide
Also, I tried to configure it by Deployment Helper.

After it, In overview, my RED is offline, and on Dashboard, reds1 is Down. I would like to share some pictures:

I don't know exactly what's the problem, but I think the problem is about hostname. On the last image, I wrote UTM.local but I haven't configured any DNS with UTM.local name (Maybe, I would write the IP address of Network A: 88.11.22.33?). I changed on Manage -> Hostname from UTM.local(which doesn't exist) to public IP address on network A and configured a new RED changing UTM.local to public address on network A. I think my problem is about it.
