Polycom VC behind a RED

Hi There,

I'm trying to setup a polycom vc unit behind a RED.

I have the following configured:
- additional external ip address assigned to the RED 'interface'
- firewall rules for the polycom (h323, ntp, ping)
- masquerade rule for the polycom
- full nat rule for the polycom

The UTM is an ASG320 with v9.209-8 with RED 50.

With what I have in place it's failing it's first test - ping. What I've found is when the additional IP address is enabled the RED fails over to the other external connection.

Any ideas how I can configure the utm to allow the polycom to receive and make external vc calls? internal are fine.
