Can not connect web interface of ONE device behind RED 10

Hey there,

I have a weird issue with a device that is located behind a RED in an external office.
Here's the story: when I'm at the ASG's location, I can scan the whole RED-network and can see any device that is located behind the RED. I can also ping them and open their web interfaces (in case of telephones, printers etc.). But ONE of the devices just won't open its web interface, even though I can ping it without any problems.
Does anyone have an idea how this issue could be solved?

FYI: The device is a Siemens Gigaset C430 IP telephone.
