[9.205-12] Daily report about RED connection is down/up

hi,
we have since some longer time (most every day) the notification about red-connection is down and same time up, only on the red50.
For tests i send a red10 to the remote site and used it parallel on the WAN. From this i get not alerts.

Any knows about the sensibility for the ping/pong for red50 devices?
It´s not a problem, but it nerves.

    which utm-version? Which hardware? AV-Dualscan enabled?
    Try disabling, just sophos-engine.

    Maybe this will help.

    We've encountered the same prob, every time an av-update causing a cpu-spike the connection dropped.

    With only single-scan it works much better.

    Sophos is on a ticket (dont know the numer) to resolve this behaviour.
