Hi
i have a strange problem
i have create one RED as Transparent/Split
i added the Branch name
UTM host name
RED ID
Unlock code
Split networks _Head office Network_
after that i clicked on Deploy RED
after the RED is established i changed the RED IP address & RED interface into Static same as Branch
and i did the Static route in the branch router.
in the dashboard the RED is working OK but unfortunately there is no Ping from the branch or from head office
same setting i did't with another UTM for the same RED it is working
please need your help
