Hello everyone,
Since this morning we are facing a quite weird problem I can not find a solution for. So I hope you are willing and able to help me. :-)
Our RED 50 which has always worked out fine in our external office won't work since this morning. It seems that the connection between the RED and the clients in the external office is interrupted somehow, even though all switches and cables are fine. The clients just can not ping the RED, even though I, from our headquarter, where our ASG 220 is located, can do it and get answers in a very short reaction time. So the tunnel is obviously working. This is also what our ASG 220 dashboard and the display of the RED 50 says. But somehow, the clients on RED side can not communicate with it.
After putting TCP/IPv4 settings from static to dynamic as well as typing "ipconfig /renew" in the DOS box, we get an error saying something like DHCP server could not be found (sorry, I do not know the exact words right now, as I just had my collegue on phone, I am not there myself).
In our ASG 220 everything is configured properly (DHCP, packet filter rules etc.) just as it always was. The whole construct worked fine until this morning - even though no one changed a thing.
I would be very grateful if someone of you knew a solution and would share it with me. :-)
Thank you very much in advance.
Best Regards
Sebastian
PS: Please excuse my not-so-good-English. ;-)
