[9.100-16] Warning - RED MAC-Filter restarts RED

Hi,
when using RED with MACfilter, change the MAC-Filter list only during after work hours, because any change restarts the RED.

I created an ID to provide a warning message in case you try to edit a MAC filter list which is in use of a RED; and I think we have a bit documentation work to do as well. Not adding the MAC address to the config is no option.

question: How behave an Access Point with Macfilter, the same way? May be you have to add a warning for Accesspoint, too.
