[9.100-16] Warning - RED MAC-Filter restarts RED

Hi,

when using RED with MACfilter, change the MAC-Filter list only during after work hours, because any change restarts the RED.

    I agree with Sven - this is a bug from the point of view of any enduser even if it's working the way the programmer intended.  It's one of the reasons I never update any client to an X.Y00 version.  This needs to get fixed in 9.101.
