RED unstable connection.

Hi All.

I have a UTM which is behind another firewall. That firewall redirect the TCP/UDP 3400 port to the UTM. In a branch office, I have a RED connected to the UTM. But I have not access between the two networks through the RED tunnel.
Furthermore, sometimes the System led turns red (blinking) and the tunnel led blink green for a few seconds, until normalize.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
