Standard/Split Mode with SIP/VoIP

How configurable is the routing with a RED in standard/split mode? Is it possible to designate certain traffic to be allowed direct access (VoIP) to the internet and yet have all other traffic routed to the ASG?

Do the REDs support any form of QoS?

Hi, yes, Split Mode is an option.

I'm not sure about QoS, so I'll let someone else answer.

I have found answers by doing what I should have to begin with, Search!

And as far as QoS on the RED connection:

Even in VPNs QoS is not reliable. I am not surprised they do not support it with the RED connection. But can you do it with the split tunnel? Like control the bandwidth used in the RED tunnel to keep your VoIP calls in the clear?

From the thread posted it seems you can only control bandwidth going to the RED from the ASG.

If you really want to ensure bandwidth is there for your VoIP calls then you could setup a split tunnel and setup QoS on the router that your RED is connected to.

Ideally we would want to be able to setup QoS on the RED it self but it isn't possible right now.
