RED is not Working

Hi All

I have RED device it was working fine without any problem

since two Days only the Power led is ON the other leds not working

i tried restart it with no luck

is there any thing i can do to make it run again

Hi,
if you have a rev2/3 RED (with USB port) you could try the reflash tool, if you have rev1 there is not much you could do (except removing in webadmin and hoping it comes back if you add it again with unlock code).
