ASG-->RED Traffic not flowing

Hello:

This should be simple - but a call to support yesterday yielded a "we need to escalate". I have ASG (C) - latest load and 2 RED locations. One location (A) is in full mode (i.e. all traffic flows through ASG), the other location (B) is split with static IP public IP. Location B is where my problem is. The users from location B had no problem pinging and getting to resources at the ASG location (C). We cannot however ping or connect to devices or service from location C to location B. Firewall rules are set to allow all IP traffic in both directions. The dump shows that the traffic is being natted out from C to B - how do we prevent this.

    I'm not sure what you mean by that.  Do you have the network in C included in the Split definition of the RED for B?

    Cheers - Bob
